Is there a way to stop the banner notification that pops up when you click a shortcut. Picture below.

Yes on iOS 15. There’s a toggle in your shortcut you can flip off to disable shortcut notifications. On iOS 14 we’re stuck with shortcut notifications whether we want them or not.

In 15.4 you can turn them off at run time, but now you get a notice every now and then of how many shortcuts ran recently.

The app no longer shows up in the Screen Time notifications summary, at least for me. And the settings for adding apps to Summary don't see it either.

Sure is notification-hungry for an invisible app... and so determined to spam.
