Stop travel time notification to home/work

How do I stop notifications telling me how long to my home/work. I live about ten minutes away from work and there's rarely traffic, so it's annoying.

If this is a native app on the watch, then on watch I believe you have to go into the app, go to notifications, click on custom, and turn it off there.

If it's a third party app, you have to do it on settings > notifications > that app > on your phone.
