Hi

Every time I switch apps or jump to another window, all the windows by default "hide others".

e.g. I cant work side by side in two different apps, the active app/window forces the inactive app/window to automatically "hide others".

e.g. notice how i switch between Apple News, Finder and Google Chrome. The inactive app/window automatically disappear, by default "Hide others"

This never happened before I upgrade to mojave, how can i stop this from happening?

Thanks

I would suspect you have Finders "Single Application mode" enabled.
Open a Terminal window and enter the following...minus the quotes of course, then press Return/enter.

"defaults write com.apple.dock single-app -bool false; killall Dock"
