Stopped Making and Receiving Phone Calls

My 2G is sending and receiving emails and texts. Everything works except that suddenly it stopped being able to send or receive phone calls.
I've shut it down and done reset networks as well as the airplane toggle.
I hate not being able to make or receive phone calls tonight.
Is there anything I can do?

If you're in the LA area, I think there's some sort of service outage. Although edge still works.
