Stopping AW 7 receiving my phone calls

I want to only use my AW7 for a watch, e versus e and heth things. This is to save battery life and also to stop me getting calls on it - it is the regular GPS not the cellular watch Happy to carry and only use my iphone for this. Can I do this and how pmeEe advise

Turn notifications off that you don’t want

Try turning off the "mirror phone" option.

Thanks all I figured that’s how to do it now. Hopefully this will lengthen battery life
