Stopping Embedded Videos

Is there an app to stop videos from automatically playing when you visit a website? I do use AdBlocker but it doesn't stop them. Chron.com is an example site. You don't even know the video is playing until you begin scrolling around the site. It's killing my data plan.

Any help appreciated.
