Stopping iTunes from automatically opening the iPhone tab when plugged in?

I end up plugging and unplugging my iPhone from my computer about 5 to 10 times a day because of phone calls, etc. Each time, iTunes automatically goes to Devices > iPhone. This doesn't seem like a big deal, but I usually control iTunes through this little app called Quicktunes, and when Devices is selected, play doesn't register with Quicktunes.

On the iPhone screen in iTunes, there's an option that says "Automatically sync iPhone everytime I plug in" or something to that effect. Turn that off. Have fun.
