I had a very important meeting today and so, bearing in mind how buggy the iPhone's clock is, decided to switch off the "Set the time automatically" option and adjust my alarm time to take this into account.

But over night, as the clocks changed, so did my iPhones! This meant my alarm went off an hour early. But if I had done this in the autumn, I'd have missed the meeting.

How on earth do I stop the phone readjusting itself??
