How can I make the windows of my programs like safari, entourage, itunes, etc all fit my screen fully and center themselves properly. I'm not OC about many things but this one drives me batty on a regular basis. Any tips would be great.

Stopping windows from resizing and moving

Click and drag the resize handle to resize manually. Apple has programmed OSX to resize windows to what it thinks they "should" be. Which often isn't what *I* think they should be. <shrug>
Apps should reopen in the size and position when last used.
Personally, I can't stand anything taking up my whole screen!
