stops at windows starting up screen

Hi all.

I installed Parallels this morning and used the express install to install XP pro, once done it seemed ok.

Now when i boot the iMac and run parallels to start XP it gets to the windows starting up screen and goes no futher.

It has only worked once.

Any help appreciated.
