Hello, This is my first time posting so I'm not sure if this is the right thread but My friend had an old 3GS so he sold it to me for about 30 dollars. I have Cincinnati Bell so I unlocked it and now use it as my phone. Since it must be jailbroken to be used, I went ahead an installed very few tweaks. And I noticed that storage on my phone slowly gets taken away. I had 10.3 gigs and when I woke up its down to 10.19 I lose about 100mb every night. I've ran iCleaner and it freed it up, it then gets taken away by the next day. All I have installed is Bars, and a few essentials that are installed such as Safe mode. Also just a few apps like unlimitones and that's about it. But I just want to know what's eating up space and how I can stop it. Thanks in advanced.

Sounds like some kind of log file getting filled up with constant crashes. Without examining your phone it's impossible to say which. Have you tried looking at the filesystem with something like iFunBox to see if you can locate any large files?

I have not, but its not a large file, I've barley got any space taken up by other, but it grows about 100mb a day so I run iCleaner like once a day. So the file wouldn't be that big, and I've uninstalled everything that might be doing so, and I'm basically running a jail broken iPhone with very few things installed that I believe would not do so, I've got a few cracked repos just to test some tweaks out before I buy, I'll remove them and uninstall any tweaks from them and hopefully that will work.

I went ahead and deleted the few things I had installed from Cydia. I got about 10 mb of storage back and I just ran iCleaner. So Ill let it sit for a few hours and see if space gets taken up. Any other help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, but Im on ios 6.1.3 as the 3gs cannot update to ios7. Ive tried lots of stuff, deleted a lot of unused sources and tweaks but its still getting taken up. I was at 10.32gb because I deleted some stuff and that was when I first posted this, it was at 10.11gb until I ran iCleaner, Its now back up to 10.32gb. So its something that iCleaner is deleting. Ill check into what the files are that iCleaner is cleaning and see if I can locate the problem.
