Store all the music on the iPhone 128 or use iCloud match?

Now that the iPhone is large enough to have all my wife's music on her phone is it practical? Most of the time she streams from Apple music or Google or Amazon. But when she goes to her mom's streaming is not quite as good because of bad coverage and slow WiFi sometimes.
Otherwise 32 gigs is fine for her. She's blond so I try to keep things as simple as possible for her.

Not sure really if overall it will be any benefit as she only travels once a year and most of the time she does not listen to her on n music. I need to check now thinking about it it was around 79 but I may have forgot and it is 160 or so gigs. There has been a bug in music and the store where search does not work so then she could not even find her music. I would say 90% of the time she does not listen to her own music. plus is is paying about 7.00 a month to access that music. almost another streaming music service.
never mind its s 196 gigs.
