Store clearance of 15” mbp UK

Anyone in the UK come across any bargain clearances of the 2019 MBP 15” at all. Here in the Channel Islands we have an Apple Reseller store who have dropped the price of the 15” i9 512 stock machines by £220. Am I correct in thinking that even the base 16” is cheaper, faster and a better bang for your buck than the 2019 15” if buying new? Just a thought how some stores may still have stock of the 2019 15” and it seems that they may wait to sell them before putting the 16” on view to us public. Anyone have typical end of line 2019 15” prices from UK Apple stores???? If so do any of them better a saving of £220.

Personally, I would add £220 for sure to get the 16', unless you don't like the increased size and weight.
