Apps Store files on Apple Watch

I'm wondering if there's an app for the Apple Watch that will allow me to store files on it, like a USB thumb drive. I am backing up an encrypted password file and having a backup strapped to my wrist makes a lot of sense.
I searched but couldn't find a good answer.
