Store pickup question

I was really lucky today and managed to purchase a series 6 with a sport loop for collection tomorrow. I was just checking them out on the app and noticed they were in stock at my local store so jumped on it.

My question is, can you change the band once it’s been purchased? I’ve noticed the woven loop is in stock and I’d much prefer that to the regular sport loop. Will they let me swap and pay the difference?

You'd have to do a full exchange of your Watch + band purchase and then purchase the watch with the band you want. Or you can buy the other band as a standalone. They don't do band swaps since the band you bought with the watch is part of the package.

Just cancel the first purchase and buy the one you want. I did it twice.

Nope. The watch and band are moronically linked in their system as one. If you want a different band, you have to return the purchase and rebuy.

I had to exchange my S5 and they made me exchange the band too even though I offered to keep the original one. It's a pretty big waste, but it's their policy for whatever reason.

If you've not yet picked up your in-store order, just do as @Knowlege Bomb says - order the new config and cancel the existing order.

Just picked it up. Ended up with the band I purchased. Fit well enough!
