iPhone 13 Pro Store swap for bigger capacity question

Will/can the Apple store swap an iPhone 13 pro 128gb bought via Apple online for a 256gb one? It was done on installment plan and just arrived yesterday and hasn’t been opened.

You are well within the return window. Exchange, no. Buy the model you want. There are in stock issues online so you’d probably do better at a retail store. Try that. They may be able to and transfer your contents. Having a backup phone or spare is handy to have on hand.

You should return the phone you have and re-purchase the one you want. Not sure about stock and if they'll have a phone on hand

Treat the situation as a return then replace (or replace then return). Not as an exchange and pay the difference.

Since it’s done on an installment plan. Is it a carrier installment plan? Or apple iup? Either way, once you return it you have to wait for the eligibility to reset. Usually happens within minutes after they process the return. But sometimes they can get stuck. Good luck
