Went to a (supposed) official Apple UK reseller today (Stormfront - Canterbury, Kent)
touted as a 'premium' reseller for Apple in the UK
None of the staff seem to know what they were talking about. No more info than any basic mac user. Didn't even know that the MacPro line hadn't been updated for over a year!!!!!!!!.
The guy even had to look up on the net to see if the Mac Pro had recently been updated - ooouchhhh! embarrassing!
All the kit on display was out of date.
Not a single new new i...anything CPU macbookpro in sight (all old core 2 Duo!), absolutely no chance to view or test the current models or compare screen res, antiglare options etc, every MBP was out of date .... a bit embarrassing for a first visit!
Looks like one reseller to avoid!?
