Straight talk activation

Hey guys , i just got my at&t straight talk micro sim card , and just had a quick question , once you buy a refill from their page the first time to activate it , will the sim work right away when I pop it into my iphone ? Or do I have to wait and call cs

You're gonna want to call customer service. The iPhone will only automatically activate if you have an AT&T sim and you're trying to start a contract plan.
