Straight Talk iPhone 5 on T-mobile?

Is it possible to walk in Walmart, buy a Straight talk iPhone 5 and then pop a T-Mobile sim in it and use it on T-mobile's network?

Or is it not unlocked and only usable on Straight Talk? Also will Walmart even sell it without a plan?
