Carrier Straight Talk iPhone 5S on Verizon?

Walmart has an iPhone 5S 16GB for $199. My mother needs a new phone and has no problem with 16GB of memory. My question is, I buy her the iPhone 5S from Verizon Straight Talk, will it work with Verizon Wireless?

The 5s from Straight Talk is on the AT&T side of things so it can't be used on Verizon.

Straight talk phones are also locked to straight talk. Only after 12 months of service will they unlock it to use on another carrier.
