Strange 3GS issue

All of a sudden yesterday mid day, while I had nothing connected to the phone the messages about this accessory is not made to work with iphone started poping up then on lock screen the it has the yellow triangle and exclamation mark and says "Charging is not supported with this accessory". I restored via iTunes and same thing. I made an appointment at apple store... got my phone on the 19th via mail so I just came across 15 days mark, if this is not a software issue which I dont think it is am I going to get a refurb 3GS ? And the first available time was Tuesday 7th.

Any one seen this on there 3GS ? Thanks

Been mentioned for other models, check your dock, make sure there isn't any dirt/fluff etc in it

Checked used compressed air to clean used paper to clean and a little brush still same
