Apple Music Strange Apple Music Playlist Behavior

After upgrading to iOS 16.4 I will be playing music from within one of my playlists and everything will be working fine, and then suddenly the music stops. I pull out my iPhone and I see it's jumping through tracks rapidly and not settling and any one. I have to close the app and reopen to get it to stop. Has anyone else experienced this?
