I ordered my new MBA 13", i7, 8GB, 256GB on June 10th, about two hours after the WWDC session. Everything went smooth and they told me that it'll be shipped within "2-4 business days".

The order status was "processing order" during the whole timeframe.

Now after 4 days have passed I rechecked my order, as I'd expect to receive a shipment message (which I didn't receive) and now I've two MBAs in my order summary:
  • the original MBA is "processing order"
  • a second MBA "replaced with new product"

I didn't cancel my order, nor did I add a second MBA to it. My original order had the specs of the new MBA, so there's no point in "replacing it with a new product".

Any idea ? Will this delay my delivery once again ?

I've seen multiple reports of this on the forums today. Somebody called Apple and was told that their systems didn't transition completely in time after WWDC, so they corrected their issue for you and everything should be fine now. Enjoy your machine!
