I am having a weird issue with my jailbroken iPad3 ios 6.1.2.
The top bar of some applications are showing up a really light color and I can barely read the text on the bar. I do have Winterboard installed but there are no themes activated. This occurs on my phone too but only for a select few apps so it doesn't really bother me.
