Strange Battery Behavior

I have an early 2009 MPB, 2.4 15. The other day I unplugged by MB, fully charged, and within 20 minutes the battery went dead. I checked my iStat and Coconut and both told that my battery health had dropped from 94% down to 22%. So plugged it back in, let it fully charge, unplugged and let it discharge fully etc. and then my battery health went to 1% and the Apple Battery icon up top said to service the battery. So, completely dead. I haven't had time to deal with it so have just kept it plugged in and now, 4 days later my battery health is back up to 93%?

Any ideas?

Get it replaced.

Have you properly calibrated your battery? (It's more than just draining and recharging it).
