iPhone 7/Plus Strange battery consumption

Hi i have an issue with battery measure the screen says i have more than 5 hours screen on but the screen off is only 14 minutes that’s not true because i don’t use it all day and i slept more than 7 hours !! my phone is new does it happen to you? i have iphone 7

You don't. It's just a side effect of your activity. For example in a given period Screen On + Screen Off is unlikely to equal the period length as much of that time will be spent on Standby doing nothing which doesn't actually get reported.
