Hi. I use Snow Leopard 10.6.1 on my Macbook Pro '09, 2.26 GHz, 2 GB.
Due to slightly slow system performance, I cleaned all the system caches through Onyx and Snow Leopard Cache Cleaner. Thereafter, strange things are happening after each startup. Sometimes, the trackpad won't work, or keyboard shortcuts like Cmd+I , Cmd+O won't respond, forcing me to restart. Even my custom keyboard shortcuts are not working most of the time, which is perplexing me, for the behavior, either expected one or erratic one, is not consistent. It works at times, and does not at times. What's wrong here? Need some urgent advice please.

Another one happened right now.. on restart, the Finder menu didn't show up, neither did the dock. It did though, a minute after I frantically moved the cursor everywhere. The desktop showed though, but not the menu or the dock. Expose was working fine as well.
