Strange blue screen problem on iPhone 5S

Hi guys I have 1 month old iPhone 5S and recently my screen has been going blue and rebooting happens often and happens random during playing game/texting/phone call and evening during while phone is charging.

Posted a video below if any solutions please let me know.
I did numerous restores/updated to new iOS 7.1.1. Phone has never been jailbroken. Its on Verizon carrier.
