After installing the 10.4.8 update I immediately started getting a black box around the cursor/arrow. It is interesting in that the box follows the movement of the mouse and the cursor moves in the box relative to the cursors position on the screen. In other words if I move the mouse to the upper left hand corner of the screen it also moves to the upper left hand corner of the box, if I center the mouse on the screen it is centered in the box, etc.

Any idea how to get this box to disappear?
