Strange bug that still hasn't been fixed in iOS 7 beta 6

Anyone else experiencing this bug? When you open a app sometimes It shows the springboard like in the picture below for a few seconds then it loads the app. I have noticed this since beta 4 or 5.

Hopefully it's fixed by the GM next Tuesday.
