Strange bug when importing a song into iTunes 10.4, Lion

I imported my iTunes songs (and library) from a backup drive into iTunes 10.4 (on my new Mac mini with Lion), and everything seemed to go fine. However, one song (so far) appears to have been cut down upon import into iTunes.

I checked the original file and opened it in QuickTime, and it runs the entire 5 minute length. I even saved it in Compressor 4 as an AIFF, imported it into iTunes, and it is still cutting the song down to 2:53, exactly, each time.

Any idea what's happening?
