Strange Calendar subscription issue

I have added a calendar subscription to my macOS Calendar list. It does not show up on macOS calendar app but it does show up in FantastiCAL 2 so obviously the data is good and works.



However the issues comes in because since its not showing on iCloud it does not show up in my phone in stock Calendar or FantastiCAL iOS app.



I have reached out to the support people that created the subscription but they have no fix and have never heard of this issue.
