Hi there folks,
At work I've a Mac Pro dual-2.6 with 2gig of RAM complete with ATI X1900 running Leopard and [pre-dominantly] Windows XP.
When switching from one OS to the other using Bootcamp 2.0 a "strange" occurrence plagues the Windows side and only seems to happen when going back into Windows from Leopard.
The "Windows XP" screen appears corrupted as if it's a display driver issue - it often takes me around 20 minutes to get the machine to shutdown properly [as it oftens just drops straight to a black screen and re-boots one the corruption begins].
Hard resets and even physically pulling the cable out of the back just doesn't cut the mustard - it's an odd one to say the least, but has anybody out there experienced the same? And if so, how the heck do I sort it out?
I've a feeling it's something to do with the EFI/BIOS switching when going from one OS to the other! Does this sound plausible?
Many thanks once again folks...
