my new iPhone 6 has a strange problem with the camera, everytime I try to take a photo with flash on, the flash light shortly up the iPhone focus and when the phone take the picture the flash is of and the pictures are totally black, the flash doesn't flash when the picture is taken.
Is the a known issue and can I do anything about it?

Actually I haven't seen or heard of it, you should consult with your local Apple genius.
