Strange dark lines on the monitor behind glass

When I shine light on the MacBook Pro 2019 screen from an angle, I can see weird dark/black lines and dots on the screen lcd, behind glass cover.

These are not scratches, it looks like something leaked, 1 pixel size lines are present only on the upper right corner.

Any clues what these might be?
Screen works fine, btw.
