I had forgotten my cell data was off and on wifi only and tried to send some MMS picture messages. They failed, obviously. So, I turned cell data on and resent...no big deal. I just happened to check my data usage right after that and I notice that my data usage counter on the iphone was showing 657mb sent and 1.9GB received. That's crazy! I've yet to break 50mb of data up until this point. I checked my online verizon account and I don't see any data usage showing up.
I'm not sure if this is related or not, but I am now noticing that my iphone data counter keeps showing chunks of kilobytes being used every few minutes...even though I'm on wifi and not using the phone.
Anyone seen anything like this?
