Strange Difference between iphone 4s and 5

a couple things i just noticed playing with my mom's 4s :

- the camera button on the iphone 5 is different (note: my mothers phone DOES have ios6)

- also, i couldn't find the feature that lets you take a photo within a video

i wonder what else is different ..besides the obvious???

al lot of sources says it does? some of the on screen buttons are even different

I believe photos within a video is an iPhone 5 exclusive feature, as it was mentioned during the iPhone 5 keynote, not at WWDC 2012(iOS 6 Keynote).
