Strange: Dock resetted itself

Hello there,

today my Dock resetted itself, but I don‘t think I did something to invoke that (I didn‘t delete a Dock regarding system file or so). 😮

Suddenly the Dock looked like that one you have when you maKe a clean install. Well, one thing was different: „Apple News“ was there, an app which you don‘t have in my country by default. It‘s a hidden application residing in Macintosh HD -> System -> Applications.

Did anybody of you encountered this problem, too? What could have been the cause?

Could be a permissions problem related some how. I'd check your home permissions. Apple process here but back up first.
