This is happening on 2 devices out of 6. We have signed out and back into everything on all devices, rebooted, etc.
If we sign out of iCloud on these device, then we can see purchased items. Both of the devices that are getting this error are iPhone 5s. Neither of them have cell service yet (so, right now they are basically iPods).
