Strange errors I've encountered.

Hi,

1) I'm having a strange problems. The problem is when I go to the black apple icon (top left corner) and then click on system preferences and nothing happens. It wouldn't load, the black apple icon just blinks. I can't get into system preferences.

2) Terminal doesn't work. When I click on Terminal, nothing happens, it wouldn't load.

3) Dock wouldn't load. I click on dock preferences and it took me to dock.prefpane.

What should I do??

seriously though try reinstalling OSX

A reinstall would prolly fix all of those problems, did you delete any system files lately
