Strange, extremely annoying flash problem in 10.6

Ever since getting 10.6 installed, whenever I view a flash video and I click on the video, it acts as if I right clicked. This stops me from being able to click play/pause or change volume etc.. it's extremely annoying, it comes and goes but is there more often than not. what could cause this?
