Hello All,

Thank you for reading this, and I hope someone may be able to help.

I am using a MacBook 4,1, Blackbook with 4Gb of RAM, SL, and a Momentus XT Drive (no issues thus far, though, seems to have become a bit slower).

Everything has been running fine (though the new battery refuses to calibrate).

I just installed Opera a few days ago, and, when I opened a new Finder Window today, I got a strange black bar across the top of the window.

The bar appears when the window is in front of Opera or Safari... any thoughts? A sign of the times? The only other change, about two weeks ago, was the removal of the apple logo (taking apart the screen), and installing a black iColours decal. (A black decal is probably not worth the effort by the way, but alas.)

If anyone has any thoughts, I would be most grateful.

Sincerely,
Howard
