Strange font display

Hi,
I'm getting this problem when viewing webpages. Most type displays correctly but occasionally it looks like the attatched sample.
I use Font Explorer and i have cleared out the system font cache.
Any ideas?

Is this in Safari?

If so go to the preferences -> Appearance and check what fonts are selected there.
