Just noticed that when doing the pressure-sensitive FF and REW thing in QuickTime using Force Touch on the 2015 13" MBP, if my finger is right at the very edge of the touchpad (ie, touching the aluminium of the casing as well), I don't feel the click with each increase or decrease in speed that I feel with my finger anywhere else on the pad.

Can anyone confirm that they get the same? It seems rather odd, and perhaps like a fault…

Thanks!

Yeah, I'm experiencing the same thing. Not every time, but most of the time there's no haptic feedback.

Whether intentional or not, the haptic feedback is not happening at the edges since you'd at least be able to hear it, even if it wasn't felt at the very edges.

Very strange.
