Strange Graphic Issues

Hello All,

I have been having some weird issues with my MacBook Pro. I have screen captured one of the issues that involves CoverFlow but this problem can be seen across a multitude of applications, most importantly Maya 8.5. If you watch the video you will notice that the Album Art flickers. Maya also flickers.

Any suggestions, need more info?
