Strange iCloud Drive Issue

Really weird thing happening here. I created a folder in iCloud Drive and put some files into it. Some time later, I deleted that folder. Now periodically that folder just reappears on it's own. I then delete it again. But then it keeps reappearing later. Sometimes it reappears twice with the number 2 appended. Anyone else have a similar thing happen. Doesn't give you a lot of faith dumping DropBox in favor of iCloud.
