Hi guys, something odd is happening with my iCloud emails saved in Folders. I've lost 2 emails and the devices I have don't show the same emails. I've restarted the devices. I've signed out and back in to my Apple ID account but nothing is resolving the issues.
* I have 3 devices - iPhone, iPad and Mac Pro.
* I have created Folders in iCloud to save emails. One such folder is for my iTunes purchases. I drop all my iTunes receipts in here.
* The other day I dropped in 2 receipts. I now cannot find them. I know I definitely did drop them in as I selected both together and dropped them in, whereas normally I drop them in one-by-one. I've carried out a search and just cannot find them. I know I can have them reissued, but want to know what's happened.
* On my iPhone iTunes receipts Folder, I see 2 emails dated 'Yesterday'. However, I do not see these on the iPad or Mac Pro. Other emails are syncing as when I delete emails on one device the are deleted from the others.
Also, even odder is this - On my iPhone in the iTunes receipts Folder, I have one email which shows as an iTunes receipt, however, when I open the email it shows an email from a different Folder which most definitely is not an iTunes receipt, it's a receipt for a Mac application I bought from a non-Apple retailer to work in conjunction with Final Cut Pro. There's no sign of the Apple receipt it's supposed to be though. This email error only shows on my iPhone and none of my other devices.
I also have discrepancies in my iTunes account, where my balance is incorrect and changes day-by-day, hour-by-hour, minute-by-minute and second-by-second - literally! But, I think I'll start a different thread for this issue.
