Looking now, it’s odd that OP has this in his watch control center. It’s not an option on my watch - only my iPhone. I’m using a Series 4 right now though. I'm on a Series 3 and it is in my Control Center (but it's greyed out). Also, if you tap on edit, there is a toggle that you can add. The one you can add would be more geared towards a watch that a child is wearing. It's a toggle called "Schooltime". Based on the description, it appears to be like a Do Not Disturb mode, but it also blocks applications.Looking now, it’s odd that OP has this in his watch control center.
