Strange iMac Click/Drip Noise

Hi All...
Recently bought a used 27" iMac - Great specs... Quad Core i7, 16gb Ram, 2TB Hard Drive! Absolutely made up with it... apart from...

This strange clicking/dripping sound that seems to be coming from the top left edge of the computer?!?!

I have recorded the sound (thinking that I could attach it to the post), but have no way (other than email) of letting anyone hear it. The description is pretty accurate though.

I think this mac as still got 10 months AppleCare on it? Is the Hard drive on its way out or worse??!
