iPad Pro Strange image glitch on home screen

Hi,
A couple of days ago, I noticed that sometimes when I tilt my screen downwards in portrait mode, a small part of what seems to be old tabs from Safari appear on the top of the home screen.

Any one else experienced this? Is it related to the IOS? I have the most recent update on my iPad 2.gen 12.9
